The XKC-D20 series double-spindle cutter NC machine tool is designed for the double-axis parallel spindle mode with the function of the X-Z two-axis straight line movement. It is especially suitable for the continuous processing of complex parts with bar as raw material, and the batch complex parts which need to be turned around to carry out two-sequence turning. The machine tool design has the function of collecting finished parts, which can realize batch automatic machining.

1.Double spindle structure-The spindle adopts a mechanical spindle structure, and the secondary spindle is built by a built-in electric spindle structure. It has the advantages of high speed, low noise, compact structure and small motion inertia. It can finish the front and back parts of a part,Sequence link and is easy to achieve automatic production requirements.
2.High precision spindle-Japanese NSK ultra-high precision angular contact ball bearings are used to ensure the high rigidity and precision retention of the spindle and sub-spindle.
3.Row of tools structure- a novel cutter type tool holder, the error of repeated knife change is small, the tool is flexible, the tool changing is high speed and accurate, and the processing time is greatly saved.
4.The double X axis, double Z axis structure and compound superposition feed structure are conducive to machining overlap process and improve machining efficiency. It is especially suitable for automatic, continuous and stable processing of large batches, short shaft and small parts, and finishing on the opposite side.
5.Automatic feeding device - collect the workpiece in the case of not opening the door, complete the continuous production, safe and efficient.
6.High efficiency machining - the highest speed of machine tool spindle is 6000r/min, and the speed of each feed shaft can be quickly moved up to 18m/min.. The automatic feeding machine can be configured to realize high speed and efficient processing.
